Our First Silver
We had the honour of attending the first victory celebration tonight. Jennifer Heil received Canada’s first medal – a silver. It was a very powerful evening.
Unfortunately, I just learned that our general admission snowcross tickets have been cancelled for tomorrow. The snow has been washed away and the ground/hay bails have become too dangerous to stand on. However, we do have a VIP party at the Molson Hockey House to attend that the Globe is hosting for the women’s hockey team, so I guess we will just have to head there a little earlier than expected.
